Common questions
What is a $39 quick care visit?+
You pick your condition, answer a short questionnaire written for it, and pay $39. Your physician reviews your answers and sends your diagnosis, plan, and any prescription — usually within about three hours, with no video call and no appointment. Quick care hours are Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM ET; visits submitted after 8 PM are reviewed the next business day.
Do you take insurance?+
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Most patients find our prices competitive even without insurance, and we can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) you may submit for possible reimbursement.
Which states do you serve?+
Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, California, Washington DC and Pennsylvania. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?+
No. Li Health does not prescribe any DEA controlled substances — no opioids, benzodiazepines, sleep medications, ADHD stimulants, or any Schedule II–V medication.
Do I have to join the membership?+
Not at all. Everything is available pay-per-visit. Membership is $99/month with a three-month minimum, and it exists for patients who want everything covered plus direct access to your physician.
